South Port Square is actively seeking a hospitality-driven professional to join our growing team!</p> <p>ABOUT THE ROLE:</p> <p>The Clinic Nurse is responsible for assisting the Health & Wellness Director(s) with day-to-day clinical tasks including, but not limited to follow-up with resident's providers; ensuring orders are received timely and entered correctly; assisting with components of admissions/readmissions; assist with chart/medication cart audits; monitoring clinic phone line and returning calls in a timely manner.</p> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the Clinic Nurse:</p> <ul> <li>Assists in admission and discharge procedures. </li><li>Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated. </li><li>Makes rounds with physicians and transcribes orders. </li><li>In conjunction with Health & Wellness Director, keeps physician and family aware of change in resident's condition. </li><li>Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident. </li><li>Assures continuity of services and care. </li><li>Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned. </li><li>Performs specific work duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor. </li><li>Assumes a proactive role in resolving resident issues & concerns related to assigned areas of responsibility. </li><li>Functions under intense time pressure. </li><li>Contributes to a positive, healthy, and safe working environment. </li><li>Works as a member of the team. </li><li>Accepts change in a positive manner. </li><li>Performs any other relevant duties as assigned. </li><li>Administer direct care as necessary. </li></ul> <p>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. LPN with a current license in Florida. </li><li>At least 2 years' experience long-term care or assisted living/memory care preferred. </li><li>Basic computer proficiency. </li><li>Ability to read, write and speak effectively in English. </li><li>Basic mathematical Skills required. </li><li>Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Work today, get paid tomorrow with DailyPay!
