Foster a people-first environment where team members feel empowered, supported, and excited to deliver amazing care.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume studio. Ensure excellence across staffing, scheduling, inventory management, compliance, and member experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive Revenue, Sales, and Production: Partner with clinical leadership to achieve (and exceed) monthly revenue and production goals. Motivate the team through clear expectations, ongoing coaching, and recognition of achievements.</p> </li><li> <p>Champion the Member Experience: Create an environment where every Tend member feels welcomed, cared for, and delighted - ensuring a best-in-class experience from check-in to check-out.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop Your Team: Hire, onboard, train, and coach a team of 20+ clinical and non-clinical professionals.
