They develop networks within their client base, within the market, they're targeting, and with key partners. They are team-players and in many cases, leaders. To get business done internally and externally, BDEs lean on a cross-functional internal team to configure winning proposals and projects that meet our client's needs. BDEs negotiate agreements with the customer, and internally with commercial colleagues to ensure that customer requirements are met at an acceptable level of profitability.</p> <p>When we win new clients, we want to keep them and build a great client experience.
