<p>Overview</p> <p>Support achievement of domestic and international sales plan by maximizing sales with the dealer channel through ownership of small to mid-sized accounts and support of Field Sales Executive and Strategic Account Manager team. This position will drive a pro-active approach to specific, consistent, daily outreach for each owned dealer, identify key opportunities, needs and approaches within each dealer and help facilitate and coordinate a best in class partnership approach with each dealer. Identify and execute sales process improvements and support Field Sales Executive and Strategic Account Manager Teams as required.</p> <p>This position will require significant interaction with our Field Sales Executive Team, Strategic Account Manager Team and Customer Care department and will require an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Essential Functions: </li><li>Be a critical member of team charged with delivery of sales plan. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to easily connect and network with all types of customers and demographic groups, including veterans. </li><li>Ability to work effectively and build positive, results focused relationships with other internal departments. </li><li>Effective in utilizing technology to drive efficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Excel, Power Point, Word, Epicor, Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce CRM) software and Adobe. </li></ul> <p>Proactive Customer Outreach:</p> <ul> <li>Identify new sales opportunities, ability to build a plan and execute critical tactics. This role is essential for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. </li><li>Conduct regular outreach to existing customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. </li></ul> <p>Sales Process Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.</p> </li><li> <p>Adept at initiating and conducting critical conversations with internal and external customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to successfully negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes for company and customer.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be familiar with company products, product applications, prices and sales policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct virtual training with dealers via virtual platform such as Teams during dealer onboarding or when new sales rep joins a company.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct virtual dealer business reviews with existing customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and update customer information in the CRM system accurately and timely.</p> </li><li> <p>Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend team meetings and company-scheduled training as requested.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration and Communication:</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate dealer feedback and market trends to product and management teams.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree, and at least 2 years sales experience or equivalent combination of experience.</p> <p>Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Read, analyze, and interpret a variety of information, such as technical procedures, business correspondence, and governmental regulations furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Create business-level written correspondence and verbally present information to internal and external customers. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions/Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Work out of Corporate Office. </li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and touch; and talk and hear. </li></ul> <p>#ZR</p>
