<p>Under the supervision of the Manager of Field Services, the Senior Technician is responsible for providing on site end-user support services to Tribal & the Gaming Resorts Casino facilities, by performing advanced IT equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Provides solutions to complex operational problems of Computer Hardware & Software, Wired & Wireless Data and Voice Communications to PBX, Router, and Specialized Casino Gaming & Resorts Hospitality Architecture, by utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows & Apple Operating Systems and Software Packages that include specialty software for Gaming, Hotel, Finance and HR systems. Must be familiar with troubleshooting a variety of hardware issues including, but not limited to; Micros, IBM Registers, serial and IP printers, Javelin PCs. The employee must be knowledgeable in Casinos Custom & Specialized Systems, Equipment, and tools. A+, MCSE Certification is preferred. Must possess a strong work ethic and ability to work as a Team in a fast-paced environment. Two (2) year technical degree in Computer Science or two (2) years' experience as an IT technician. Must possess knowledge of Desktop and Notebook Computer Architecture and IT peripherals. Analog, Digital, VOIP & Wireless Voice Data Telecommunications experience is required. Must have a strong background in training, communication skills and customer service industry. Must be able to pass the Senior Technician Knowledge Assessment test by getting a minimum of 70%. Must be able to work any shift, weekends and holidays.</p>
