This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on building strong partnerships, increasing market presence, and driving growth.</p> <p>Why You'll Love This Role:</p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of a strategic business development plan and directly influence agency growth </li><li>Build meaningful, long-term relationships across the lending and real estate community </li><li>Work independently in the field while partnering closely with agency leadership </li><li>Play a visible role in increasing referrals, expanding market share, and achieving profit goals </li><li>Engage with professional organizations and industry networks to strengthen your presence </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Implement and execute the business development plan </li><li>Develop and maintain strong referral networks with banks, attorneys, mortgage lenders, builders, and realtors through active calling, training, and relationship-building efforts </li><li>Track, analyze, and report monthly referral activity and success rates to the State Representative and agency owners </li><li>Maintain strong market awareness, including competitors and key industry players within the assigned territory </li><li>Communicate weekly with the State Representative regarding marketing achievements, strategies, and progress </li><li>Share marketing updates and new customer information with production staff to support service excellence </li><li>Attend loan closings, board meetings, and industry events as needed </li><li>Assist with annual budget preparation and communicate ongoing market developments </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Four-year college degree or equivalent training and experience </li><li>Prior real estate-related experience required </li><li>Notary Public Commission and PA Resident Title Producer License </li><li>3+ years of sales and marketing experience with a strong focus on relationship building </li><li>Preferred: 2+ years as a title insurance sales representative or 5+ years as a mortgage loan originator, bank loan officer, or legal support staff </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory </li></ul> <p>Investors Title Management Services, LLC (ITMS) is a strong and growth-oriented title insurance provider.
