<p>Kforce is partnering with a client to identify a Senior Director of FP&A in the Saint Louis, MO area.</p> <p>Summary: This individual will work closely with executive leadership to shape strategic direction and support long-term growth initiatives. The role is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, as well as capital allocation and financial performance management, ensuring insights are translated into clear, actionable business decisions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead corporate FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analysis </li><li>Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership to support decision-making and growth initiatives </li><li>Develop and enhance financial models, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to drive actionable insights </li><li>Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support cost optimization </li><li>Support executive and board-level reporting, including capital planning and allocation </li><li>Oversee treasury, risk management, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems </li><li>Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering strong analytical and accountability standards* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred </li><li>12+ years of progressive FP&A leadership experience, including corporate-level planning in complex or multi-site environments </li><li>Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities </li><li>Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders </li><li>Experience with FP&A systems, ERP tools and driving process and technology improvements </li><li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability; Strong technical and Microsoft Office skills required </li></ul>
