<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Provide extraordinary guest service including, but not limited to, the accurate performance of monetary transactions with internal and external guests.</p> <p>Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift.</p> <p>Keep cash drawer balanced and impressed and make exchanges with the vault.</p> <p>Verify and document personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.</p> <p>Complete CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.</p> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>WORK AREA</p> <p>Counter space in a casino environment exposed to bright lights, noise, changing temperatures, and smoke. May include a boat and/or floating barge. Hotel and high rise atrium.</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Standing 75%</p> <p>Bending/Lifting 20% (up to 60 lbs.)</p> <p>Carrying 5%</p> <p>EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Six months cashier or banking experience preferred. Valid gaming license issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission.</p> <p>SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES</p> <p>Must be able to use a computer, 10 key calculator, read and understand simple instructions and speak clearly. Must be able to complete simple forms and have basic mathematical knowledge.</p> <p>GUEST RELATIONS</p> <p>Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Have complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities and facilities available to guest.</p>
