<p>This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way, supporting the mission of the Church. This position provides Food Services processes, systems and tools support for the operation functions.</p> <ul> <li>Technical support for Food Services systems including maintenance and coordination with the ICS technical team of analysts, project managers, developers, and maintenance programmers. </li><li>User support including: front line performance for point of sale system, provisioning, cascading, hardware supply, and addressing urgent issues as they occur. </li><li>Ad hoc and scheduled reporting of Food Services data for operations and management. </li><li>Support of Food Services projects to facilitate product user acceptance and execute implementation schedules. </li><li>Trains users on new hardware, including point of sale kiosks and registers. </li><li>Address urgent issues as they occur. </li><li>BS degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Up to 2 years of Food Service experience. </li><li>Experience with various office tools such as Microsoft Office and other programs such as Adobe Professional, Power BI, etc. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with business partners and customers. </li><li>Analytical problem solving skills. </li><li>Ability to resolve complex computer and communication problems. </li><li>Ability to take ownership of a problem from beginning to end for a favorable resolution. </li><li>Exceptional organizational abilities. </li><li>Ability to train associates in the use of systems, tools, processes and procedures. </li></ul>
