<p>The QAC maintains open communication and works closely with onsite Quality Assurance, Sales, Contracts and Hospitality Teams to maintain a high quality of professionalism, efficiency, productivity and top-level customer service.</p> <p>The Quality Assurance Coordinator will support the business through various administrative functions. Tracking, Reporting, Reconciling, Expense submission and/or sending communication to the field are a few of these functions. One of the main functions will be to accept VIP sales made at international sales galleries, i.e., Mexico, Canada and St. Maarten.</p> <p>The QAC will print the required countersignature documents sign and scan into the DocuPhase system. This documentation is required for membership activation and to close the VIP sale.</p> <p>As a Quality Assurance Coordinator?you would be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Follows all quality assurance directives and standard operating procedures (SOPs) </li><li>Maintains expert understanding of product and document knowledge, acts as product knowledge expert </li><li>Exhibits professionalism in actions and appearance </li><li>Communicate effectively with Sales, Contracts and/or Title departments for document correction </li><li>Follow-up on missing or incomplete documentation, aide field QAs in resolving Open Issues </li><li>Prepares and signs required countersignature documents as needed for VIP sales made at International galleries </li><li>Updates system to confirm countersignature pages have been signed and scanned to the onsite team for filing </li><li>Partners with the onsite Quality Assurance teams to provide and maintain excellent customer service </li><li>Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned </li><li>Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures </li><li>End of Month process; last day of the month will be required to work to ensure all VIP sales have been accepted for all international sites that are being supported </li><li>Prepare and submit monthly expense reports as needed </li><li>Send out field communications for new directives, processes or documentation </li><li>Manage logistics for on- and off-site functions, i.e., training rooms, reservations, class scheduling </li><li>Performs other related duties as the business needs </li></ul> <p>Why do Team Members Like Working for us?</p> <p>HGV is now offering first day benefits to new employees!</p> <ul> <li>Driven Base Pay Plus Monthly Performance Incentives! </li><li>Get your earned pay any time before payday through Daily Pay* </li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits starting on Day One. </li><li>Generous Vacation Time Off Program and Paid Sick Time. </li><li>GO Hilton Discounted hotel rates worldwide! </li><li>Tuition reimbursement programs. </li><li>Recognition Programs and Rewards. </li><li>Internal Growth and Career Pathing. </li></ul> <p>To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; includes the ability to recognize need for involvement of other teams/peers and capability to effectively facilitate that collaboration </li><li>Excellent customer service skills paired with strong communication skills </li><li>Proficient in time management; ability to organize and manage multiple priorities </li><li>Solution oriented; the ability to target and solve issues effectively </li><li>Performs well with frequent interruptions and/or distractions </li><li>Keen understanding of the sales process </li><li>Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook </li></ul> <p>It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:</p> <ul> <li>Notary License </li><li>Bilingual is a plus </li><li>Vacation Ownership experience </li><li>Experience with VOICE, CHORUS, Oracle, Hyperion, and/or COGNOS </li></ul> <p>When you join Hilton Grand Vacations, you join a group of Team Members dedicated to helping Owners and Guests around the world make every vacation they take a memorable one.
