<p>Employee's Effective Start Date 03/02/2026 If this is a Temporary position, provide end date or enter N/A for any other position type. 12 weeks from start date Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. </li><li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills. </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with others. </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree. </li><li>A minimum one year experience recruiting students for educational opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Position Purpose</p> <p>Ensures that prospective students are recruited, admitted, and oriented to the University and assists in the facilitation of recruitment programs, yield activities, and other Admissions programs.</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Conducts informational presentations and individual meetings with counselors, parents, and prospective FTIAC, transfer, dual enrolled, concurrently enrolled, second degree, guest, non-matriculating, post-bach, and international students, including understanding available types of financial assistance. </li><li>Perform general administrative tasks including maintaining school records in Banner or CRM, recording school visits and fairs, conducting late admit personal orientations, making follow up phone calls, Facebook and social media updates, problem-solving for prospective/new students, interpreting university and admissions policies. </li><li>Evaluate prospective student applications, transcripts, test scores, essays and supporting materials for purpose of admission to the University.
