<p>Responsible for the oversight, development, customization, maintenance, security, documentation and operation of the University's CRM software. This position will serve as the System Administrator, departmental expert and escalation point for CRM operations and procedures. Responsibilities will include building processes and workflows within the CRM software environment to support the recruitment effort for the University's admissions offices around the world for all locations and all programs. This position will provide strategic insights thru reporting dashboards on enrollment to support better decision making and optimized resource allocation. Reports to the Director of Enrollment Technology.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities*</p> <ul> <li>Software Management </li><li>Collaborate with worldwide Webster University campuses to enhance and implement automated communication plans using various methods based on requirements (workflows, campaigns, communication plans, etc.) </li><li>Implement, test, and execute system upgrades </li><li>Oversees planning, testing and execution of workflow processes that effectively meet individual requirements within current admissions operations protocols </li><li>Analyze problems and trend data to recommend, develop, and implement system wide solutions within the existing environment or identify additional resources necessary to meet those demands </li><li>Create and maintain hundreds of academic programs and locations and their varying relationships, utilizing the system and JavaScript filtering </li><li>Create and maintain various forms used both by internal users and prospective students on our web front-end (Examples: Request more information and all program applications </li><li>Troubleshoot and support level 2 technical support </li><li>Manage the creation and removal of user accounts accessing the system </li><li>Collaborate with users to set up processes to facilitate their direct access to reliable and valid institutional data. </li><li>Level 2 technical support with CRM </li><li>Data Integrity </li><li>Work to validate, refine, and expand the data model and architecture utilized by the University and, adding as necessary, new ideas to make the results more flexible and more tightly linked to current and expected requirements. </li><li>Analyze problems and trend data to recommend, develop, and implement system wide solutions within the existing environment or identify additional resources necessary to meet those demands </li><li>Regular and atypical imports of data. Including but not limited to Global University System applications, Common Application applications, third-party vendor data, test scores, college fairs, high school visits, community college graduation lists. Ensuring that imported data is valid and not duplicating existing data </li><li>Identify potential gaps in accountability of use of the system by critical users in the Webster University global community and work with those departments' leadership to address it </li><li>Previous experience with Slate by Technolutions </li><li>Competency with Microsoft Office 365 suite or similar software is required </li><li>Competency with JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL, Excel and Mail Merge template creation involving multiple layers of coding logic. </li><li>A proven ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges, including data analysis, workflows, and process design. </li><li>A proven ability to understand business processes and creatively use technology to improve upon them. </li><li>Strong communication skills and a desire to provide outstanding customer service to prospective students and colleagues is essential. </li><li>Must be self-motivated with the ability to work on tasks independently and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. </li></ul>
