The role balances strategy with execution, ensuring efficient operations, cost control, vendor accountability, and alignment with organizational growth objectives regionally and nationally.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Strategic Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement a national supply chain strategy tied to company goals. </li><li>Lead scalability initiatives to support entry into new markets and regions. </li><li>Build workforce development and career pathing programs to strengthen talent </li></ul> <p>pipelines.</p> <p>Procurement Excellence:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and negotiations at national and regional levels. </li><li>Standardize procurement policies and compliance frameworks. </li><li>Monitor supplier scorecards for cost, delivery, and service performance. </li><li>Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality acquisition of materials, equipment, and </li></ul> <p>other services</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with project timelines, budget </li></ul> <p>constraints, and compliance standards</p> <ul> <li>Regular monitoring of staff production, focus on priorities and deliverables for the </li></ul> <p>organization.</p> <p>Supply Chain Optimization:</p> <ul> <li>Manage logistics, warehousing, and distribution strategies. </li><li>Partner with Pre-Job Planning to align logistics and material delivery with site </li></ul> <p>productivity initiatives.</p> <ul> <li>Mitigate risks tied to supply disruptions and commodity volatility. </li></ul> <p>Material Database & Cost Management:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain a centralized material database across service lines. </li><li>Ensure integration with ERP, estimating, and project management tools. </li></ul> <p>SOPs, Training & Process Standardization:</p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions across procurement and supply </li></ul> <p>chain functions.</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Training to deliver targeted training for Project Management, Field, and </li></ul> <p>Accounting.</p> <ul> <li>Monitor adherence to processes and continuously refine standards. </li><li>Track commodity trends, forecast pricing, and manage cost-spending models. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Pre-Job Planning </li></ul> <p>departments.</p> <ul> <li>Build relationships with national and regional suppliers to foster collaboration. </li><li>Mentor teams and align organizational design with future growth strategies. </li></ul> <p>Skills/Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related equivalent field or </li></ul> <p>work experience.</p> <ul> <li>12+ years of leadership in procurement/supply chain with national or multi-site scope. </li><li>Proven experience in ERP/digital procurement systems, vendor agreements, </li></ul> <p>commodity trend analysis, and cost controls.</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in ERP. </li><li>Experience building material databases and integrating them across enterprise </li></ul> <p>systems.</p> <ul> <li>Skilled in SOP development, training coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. </li><li>Strong leadership, negotiation, financial acumen, and communication skills. </li><li>Some travel will be required for this position. </li><li>If driving is required, a valid driver's license and proof of insurability is required.
