<p>Hadco Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Footings Foreman to lead crews in the layout, forming, and pouring of concrete footings for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety on site while managing crews and coordinating with project teams.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and direct concrete crews in setting forms, placing rebar, and pouring/finishing footings </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes to ensure precise layout and installation </li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to meet project requirements and schedules </li><li>Ensure all formwork, rebar placement, and pours meet specifications and quality standards </li><li>Order and schedule materials, equipment, and labor for daily operations </li><li>Complete daily reports, including timecards, crew activities, and equipment usage </li><li>Maintain a clean and safe jobsite, enforcing OSHA and company safety policies </li><li>Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and skillsets </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in concrete construction with a focus on footings </li><li>At least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role </li><li>Strong knowledge of formwork, rebar placement, and concrete pour techniques </li><li>Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and grades </li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct crews and coordinate with stakeholders </li><li>Dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused </li><li>Must be at least 18 years old with valid documentation to work in the U.S. </li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screen </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands & Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Regular lifting and moving of materials weighing 50+ lbs. </li><li>Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods </li><li>Outdoor work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and noise </li><li>Exposure to construction site hazards including wet concrete, moving equipment, and uneven surfaces </li></ul>
