<ul> <li>With support from Graduate Residence Directors, hire, supervise, and approve hours for student Office Assistant and Mailroom employees working in residence hall offices and mailrooms for all residence halls within assigned campus. </li><li>With the other Area Coordinator, develop and train staff on an effective policies and procedures guide for residential mailroom operations. </li><li>Maintain posted office hours rotating between residence halls within assigned campus. </li><li>Serve as advisor to a Residence Hall Council (RHC) for residence halls within assigned campus. This includes recruiting student interest and facilitating a system for voting for open positions, scheduling and attending weekly or bi-weekly meetings, assisting with the execution of RHC program supply purchases, etc. </li><li>Serve in the Supervisor on Call rotation with the other Area Coordinator and Assistant Directors. </li><li>Maintain key and lockout reports for residence halls within assigned campus. </li><li>In coordination with the Assistant Director for assigned campus, provide a high level of student support through mediation of conflicts and meetings with students of concern. </li><li>Coordinate room reservations for common rooms, lounges, practice, and student spaces in residence halls within assigned campus. </li><li>Develop and implement inventory of all residential student furniture and its condition for residence halls within assigned campus. Determine standard replacement schedules and work with the Associate Director of Residential Operations (ADRO) to purchase. </li><li>In coordination with the Association Director of Residential Education (ADRE), and the other Area Coordinator, develop a monthly residential newsletter distributed campus wide. </li><li>Maintain accurate budget for residential program spending for residence halls within assigned campus. </li><li>In consultation with the ADRE, develop and maintain cooperative relationships with academic offices and staff in the execution of current Living Learning Communities (LLC) and expansion of LLC offerings on campus. </li><li>Under the direction of the ADRO, oversee aspects of the move-out process for residence halls within assigned campus, including damage billing reports. </li></ul>
