The Account Manager will educate referral sources and patients on available services, conduct meaningful, quality sales calls and meet the required admission goals.</p> <p>Territories: Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee</p> <p>East Valley, Arizona</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manages daily marketing operations, sales calls and ongoing education with referral decision makers. </li><li>Facilitates education on guidelines and agency services provided. </li><li>Participates in community education events, including speaking to healthcare professionals, and institutions to provide education on services offered by Mission Healthcare. </li><li>Coordinates with physician offices for necessary documentation, such as physician signature on orders, required addendums and other documents in a timely manner. </li><li>Develops and implements marketing plans, assist in establishing territory volume projections and monitors the allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations. </li><li>Maintains comprehensive knowledge of Mission Healthcare's markets including major payor groups, key referral sources and competitor's market positioning. </li><li>Builds and maintains positive relationships with referral and payor sources. </li><li>Monitors and reports on cost-effective marketing efforts. </li><li>Remains educated and up-to-date on industry and regulatory changes. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. </li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health. </li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills. </li><li>Ability to assertively market and deal tactfully with patients, their families and the community. </li><li>Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities. </li><li>Valid driver's license. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge & Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Home health industry knowledge and expertise. </li><li>Prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement. </li><li>Problem-solving and adaptability. </li><li>Negotiation and closing skills. </li><li>Financial and sales analysis. </li><li>Leadership and team motivation. </li></ul> <p>$70,000 - $90,000 a year</p> <p>See what Mission has to offer!
