<p>Student Worker - Resident Assistant/Moderator (2026 - 2027 Academic Year)</p> <p>Number of Openings: 47</p> <p>Purpose/Objective of the Role:</p> <ul> <li>Community development and safety </li><li>Programming </li><li>Administrative tasks and residential life support </li></ul> <p>Tasks & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop positive relationships with students and build an inclusive and welcoming community. </li><li>Serve as a positive role model for all students. </li><li>Participate in the evening duty rotation for assigned hall/area from 7pm-7am. </li><li>Respond to emergencies that occur within the building/area. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Live on campus for a minimum of one year. </li><li>Be available for employment for the entire academic year. </li><li>Show strong commitment toward helping students and acting as a role model. </li><li>Minimum GPA of 2.75, preferred GPA of 3.0. </li><li>Successfully pass background check. </li><li>Be in good standing with the Office of Community Standards and Conduct and good ac ademic standing. </li></ul> <p>Potential Future Career Benefit:</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership skills </li><li>Community building </li><li>Event planning </li></ul> <p>Application Instructions:</p> <p>Complete the ADP application by selecting "Apply" button and answer all questions.</p> <p>Supervisor: Brian Emerick</p> <p>Commitment: 15 hours per week max</p> <p>Term: Full Academic Year (Fall 2026 & Spring 2027), temporary, part-time position</p>
