We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Green Bay, WI plant on 3rd shift.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>3rd Shift - Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM </li><li>Overtime based on business and production needs </li><li>Competitive hourly pay with a tiered advancement structure (multiple maintenance skill levels based on experience and education) </li><li>Starting at $30.00 per hour (including shift premium), pay rate is increased based on experience and education </li></ul> <p>Why Join DFA?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Full, comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, and more</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunities for training, advancement, and skill development in a growing, team-oriented environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Summary:</p> <p>Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains production equipment and buildings to company standard.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <p>The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.</p> <ul> <li>PC to PLC program maintenance, troubleshooting, and control devices </li><li>Effectively use hand tools and electric or pneumatic power tools </li><li>Perform preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on equipment </li><li>Read electrical schematics </li><li>Diagnose cause of electrical and mechanical failure of operational equipment </li><li>Set up new equipment lines and equipment changeovers </li><li>Train production and other maintenance personnel </li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision and complete projects on due dates </li><li>Work on electrical systems up to 480 VAC </li><li>Strong knowledge in motor control circuits, automated valves and process controls </li><li>Ensure that all processes are followed </li><li>Complete daily work order log </li><li>Complete PM's as assigned </li><li>Follow parts check out procedure </li><li>Follow all GMP standards </li><li>All other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate Degree in Electrical Maintenance preferred or High School Diploma plus at least three years of related experience </li><li>Strong electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting skills </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis </li><li>Experience with a Windows-based computer system (Microsoft Office programs and Maintenance Work Order software) </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend documents such as blueprints, schematics, work orders, etc. </li><li>Ability to write standard documentation and effectively present information to other employees </li><li>This position may require forklift certification </li></ul> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans</p> <p>Salary:</p> <p>$30.00 - $41.00 / hour</p>
