<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>American Road Group is seeking an experienced Service Technician at Pocono Mountain Harley-Davidson in Tannersville, PA!</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both customer and dealer owned motor vehicles with high efficiency and excellent quality.</p> <p>Major Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide prompt, dependable, and high-quality vehicle service to internal & external customers. </li><li>Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time whenever possible. </li><li>Perform service, repair, and customization in accordance with factory specifications. </li><li>Proper paperwork filing and work order completion. </li><li>Maintain technical qualifications by completing necessary training programs. </li><li>Maintain clean efficient facilities. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>MMI Graduate or at least 2 years of Harley-Davidson experience. </li><li>3 years of Technician experience preferred. </li><li>Completion of factory authorized formal training program (i.e., MMI Service School) or equivalent work experience. </li><li>All service technicians are required to own their own set of tools within 60 days of hire. </li><li>Ability to acquire both basic and special tools to properly diagnose and service our products. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, sit, stand, push and pull. </li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. </li><li>Requires use of both hands. </li><li>Requires the ability to balance and push a 600+ lb. motorcycle. </li><li>Frequently works near moving mechanical parts. </li><li>Potential exposure to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other materials in shop. </li><li>Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes and other airborne particles. </li></ul> <p>Are you up for a challenge?
