Headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, the Spire network spans the Northeast with more than 165 physicians, 1,800 employees, 285 other clinical providers, and 40 locations in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>The Talent Acquisition Partner will support full-cycle recruitment across our organization, including physician practices and corporate functions. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to attract qualified talent and build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, ensuring the organization is well positioned to meet ongoing hiring needs.</p> <p>Role and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Execute full cycle recruiting process for multi-site healthcare operations in the Northeast.</p> </li><li> <p>Source qualified active and passive candidates to meet stakeholder requirements by leveraging online recruiting resources and an in-house applicant tracking system.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and implement best practices in the areas of recruitment and sourcing.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement and leverage various sourcing strategies and tools to identify candidates and promote open positions through social media sites, employee referrals, ATS-based outreach campaigns, online job board advertising and other tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure an optimal candidate recruitment experience, maintain communication throughout the entire process regarding their application status and feedback, and positively represent the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</p> </li><li> <p>Build relationships with hiring managers to provide service excellence and staffing expertise.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with leadership teams to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with local schools, professional programs, and organizations to build pipelines for frequent vacancies.</p> </li><li> <p>Regularly review recruitment dashboard of key metrics to make data-based decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in defined and/or ad hoc projects and initiatives within the broader HR team.</p> </li></ul>
