<p>Akkodis is seeking a STIBO Developer for a Contract with a client in Columbus, IN(Remote). You will design and configure STEP data models, workflows, and integrations to meet complex business requirements.</p> <p>Rate Range: $49/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>STIBO Developer job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Translate business requirements into STEP configurations and technical designs, facilitating workshops and obtaining stakeholder signoffs.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and configure data models, workflows, business rules, and lifecycle states within STIBO STEP to meet business needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop integrations with ERP, eCommerce, and PLM systems using REST/SOAP APIs and file-based interfaces.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement data quality rules and governance processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize STEP performance and security, troubleshoot issues, and maintain auditability.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines, environment promotion, and release documentation, while providing training and enablement for business users.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 5-8 years of experience in STIBO Master Data Management (MDM) development and configuration.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong hands-on expertise in STIBO STEP (11.x) including data modeling, workflows, business rules, and integrations.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML/XSLT, and experience integrating STEP with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
