<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Who we are Seeking Premier Charter School is seeking a dynamic Pre-Kindergarten teacher starting in January 2026 for the 2025-2026 school year. We are excited to open a new pre-kindergarten room as we have a waitlist of families waiting to join our nationally recognized school. We offer a $60,000 starting salary (pro-rated for the school year), amazing benefits, and a wonderful culture. This teacher will likely co-teach with another pre-kindergarten teacher. If a co-teacher is not hired, then this teacher will have an assistant. This teacher will also have a team of Pre-K teachers they will be able to collaborate with, as we currently have 3 Pre-K classrooms with 6 certified teachers.</p> <p>Potential candidates must demonstrate an ability to create safe, positive classroom environments for learning and personal growth. Strong and trusting relationships are at the heart of our work with and amongst our students.
