Oversees the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Manages procurement, visual merchandising, and comprehensive financial reporting for both the Gift Shop and Flower Cart. Reports directly to the Women's Board Gift Shop Chair.</p> <p>Knowledge and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Requires knowledge of retail sales, business operations, and personnel management to assure efficient operation of the gift shops. </li><li>Computer skills necessary to perform payroll and bookkeeping activities. </li><li>Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal effectively with customers, vendors, staff, and Women's Board volunteers. </li><li>Management skills required to schedule, supervise, and evaluate subordinates' work. </li><li>Analytical skills are necessary for pricing merchandise and promoting its sale. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <p>High school graduate</p> <p>Work Experience:</p> <p>5 years of retail work experience, two years of supervisory experience.</p> <p>Salary Range: Minimum 19.89/hour - Maximum 34.81/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
