Must be available to work additional hours as needed.</p> <p>Who May Apply?</p> <p>All persons legally authorized to work in the United States</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Contract/Funds Administrator will prepare various types of agreements/contracts and amendments in consultation with management staff and the Legal Department. This position is responsible for managing the various types of agreements, contracts, established technical standards, policies, and procedural requirements for the Development Services department.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure completeness and accuracy of all agreements/contracts and route for signature. </li><li>Research agreement/contracts issues and solicit assistance from staff to resolve those issues. </li><li>Maintain technical expertise in a number of subject areas pertaining to the various types of agreements/contracts the department works with. </li><li>Submit completed agreements/contracts to City Secretary for submission to Council. </li><li>Maintain assigned agreements/contracts funds to include reconciliation and preparation of monthly reports. </li><li>Maintain agreement/contract management per department procedures and guidelines. </li><li>Prepare and maintain budgets for project agreements/contracts. </li><li>Establish and maintain various reports and documentation, ensure compliance with record keeping, laws and policies and procedures. </li><li>Prepare agreement/contract agenda items for Council meetings. </li><li>Complete all documents for agreement/contract close out. </li><li>May be asked to perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Requires a Bachelor's Degree </li><li>Master's degree preferred </li><li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience </li><li>A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered </li><li>A valid driver's license is required.
