This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and professional candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with people.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels </li><li>Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive and timely experience </li><li>Manage and maintain candidate information in iCims, our applicant tracking system (ATS) </li><li>Assist with managing assessment results, job postings, and offer letter preparation </li><li>Support new-hire onboarding activities, including preparing materials and coordinating first-day logistics </li><li>Partner closely with recruiters and HR team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency </li><li>Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed to support Talent Acquisition operations </li><li>Help organize recruiting events, career fairs, and internal hiring initiatives </li><li>Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support (preferably in financial services or sales-driven environments) </li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Experience with ATS tools; familiarity with iCims is a plus </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment </li><li>Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace </li></ul> <p>The skills mentioned above only describe the essential job functions and are not intended to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities.
