If you're a dedicated CNA looking to make a difference, we'd love to have you join our team!</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily living activities and provide essential nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and licensed vocational nurse (LVN). The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. </li><li>Provide mobility assistance, including transferring residents from beds to wheelchairs. </li><li>Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. </li><li>Assist with feeding and ensuring residents receive proper nutrition. </li><li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. </li><li>Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. </li><li>Follow individualized care plans to ensure the highest level of patient comfort. </li><li>Document care provided and reported any changes in residents' conditions to nurses. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift and assist residents as needed </li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills </li><li>Compassionate and patient-focused mindset </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California </li><li>Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or long-term care preferred. </li></ul>
