The Manager will work with the CPO to implement strategy for major, midlevel, and grateful engagement programs at TidalHealth, including TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, TidalHealth Nanticoke and TidalHealth Atlantic. Specific emphasis will be focused on cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift donors through an individually assigned portfolio of high wealth individuals across the TidalHealth System.
