<p>Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis</p> <ul> <li>Support Consumer budget development and monitoring to ensure adherence to financial targets </li><li>Participate in development of annual strategic plan </li><li>Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to Consumer management identifying trends and variances thereby improving insight for management </li><li>Partner with Accounting on monthly internal financial review and close providing insight to division growth, revenue and expense </li><li>Understand deposit pricing impacts and flows, mortgage and HELOC pipelines </li><li>Provide insight on monthly rate and volume flows </li><li>Partner with the FP&A Costing team to understand and identify branch statistics for profitability reporting </li><li>Conduct regular financial forecasting and modeling </li><li>Ensure accurate, timely and consistent management reporting </li><li>Work with business line leaders on pricing, modeling new products & services </li><li>Support and help drive profitable growth </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, MBA or other advanced degree preferred. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in financial management, budgeting and analysis </li></ul> <p>Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of banking industry practices </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Knowledgeable in financial software and systems including Axiom, Microsoft Office, Oracle, Power BI, Salesforce </li></ul> <p>Certifications</p> <ul> <li>CPA or other relevant financial certifications are beneficial </li></ul>
