Strategically manages company resources, driving process standardization and improvement to ultimately increase the efficiency of the business and maximize operating capabilities.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Help define use cases and requirements for products and solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Define Produce/Service portfolio</p> </li><li> <p>Including the service hierarchy</p> </li><li> <p>Sub service definitions</p> </li><li> <p>bundled service offerings</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzing the profitability of each service</p> </li><li> <p>Inventorying and identifying gaps in marketing material for external use</p> </li><li> <p>Refining and leading the commercial approval process</p> </li><li> <p>Compiling costs of each service</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and refine a market-based pricing book</p> </li><li> <p>Creating a full P&L per deal</p> </li><li> <p>Creating an executive approval document summarizing key points for approval</p> </li><li> <p>Help establish master schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts to help achieve product delivery plans</p> </li><li> <p>Support all P&L related line items for company product</p> </li><li> <p>Continually evaluate and improve product offerings and processes to support products based on sales needs and customer requests and feedback, taking product enhancements through the various development phases</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor competition and provide competitive analyses to internal stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>In conjunction with the Marketing team, develop marketing plans supporting the company vision and defining the outlook for the product portfolio</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to new product ideas/strategy and business forecasts</p> </li><li> <p>Create and deliver product and solution presentations to customer and internal teams</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>5-7 years in Telecom industry</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years proven experience in an operations management position</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with forecasting models and business projections</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to interpret production and financial data</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem solving and conflict management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with databases and project management software</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</p> </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience leading and building teams</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to create complex forecasting models and budgets</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience in a business operations or strategy role</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands & Work Environment:</p> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Extended periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds (e.g., office supplies, packages)</p> </li><li> <p>Regular use of hands and fingers to operate computers, printers, and other office equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Visual acuity required for reading documents and computer screens</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Standard office setting with controlled climate</p> </li><li> <p>Noise level is generally low to moderate (e.g., printers, phone calls, conversations)</p> </li><li> <p>May require occasional travel for meetings, training, or other business-related activities</p> </li></ul> <p>All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.</p> <p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
