Your expertise in storytelling, product knowledge, and client engagement will embody the brand's heritage.</p> <p>Client Experience & Sales</p> <ul> <li>Deliver a seamless, personalized luxury experience, ensuring that every client interaction is memorable. </li><li>Master the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony, tailoring the approach to each client's needs, lifestyle, and motivations. </li><li>Convey the passion, heritage, and values of BVLGARI, fostering deep client connections and brand loyalty. </li><li>Proactively achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to both individual and boutique goals. </li><li>Drive high-end sales by curating premium, exclusive experiences for top-tier clients. </li></ul> <p>Client Relationship Management</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor. </li><li>Expand and nurture a strong client portfolio through strategic outreach, referrals, and personalized follow-ups. </li><li>Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to engage, track, and retain clientele. </li><li>Serve as a BVLGARI brand ambassador at private client events, in-store activations, and high-profile engagements </li></ul> <p>Boutique Operations</p> <ul> <li>Uphold brand standards by ensuring a pristine, welcoming, and luxurious boutique environment. </li><li>Participate in inventory control, visual merchandising, and product replenishment. </li><li>Support boutique opening and closing procedures, ensuring daily readiness. </li><li>Assist with special projects, high-profile client requests, and operational needs </li><li>Proven success in luxury retail, with a strong record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. </li><li>Expertise in engaging high-net-worth clients and executing sophisticated sales interactions. </li><li>Fluency in luxury storytelling-passionate about craftsmanship, design, and brand heritage. </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills-confident, engaging, and adaptable to a diverse clientele. </li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit. </li><li>Tech-savvy, proficient in CRM software and digital clienteling tools. </li><li>Multi-lingual skills are a plus to cater to an international clientele passionate about luxury craftsmanship and brand storytelling. </li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive. </li><li>Tech-savvy, with CRM and digital clienteling proficiency. </li><li>Being Multilingual is a plus when serving a global clientele. </li></ul>
