<p>About the role</p> <p>Hiring a full-stack engineer to join our team and focused on product engineering and shipping new features</p> <p>Things you'll be working on</p> <p>Architecting and implementing full-stack product features in Typescript/React/Node is the core of what you'll be doing. Real examples include -</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build out agentic workflows that design, build, and optimize online shops</p> </li><li> <p>Build out product & payments processing infrastructure</p> </li><li> <p>Launch analytics infra on Clickhouse/Kafka that support billions events/month</p> </li><li> <p>Own our user onboarding flow from end-to-end</p> </li></ul> <p>Looking for someone who</p> <ul> <li> <p>Can be in office 3-4 days/week in San Francisco</p> </li><li> <p>Is proficient in Typescript/React/Node</p> </li><li> <p>Uses Cursor/Windsurf/GPT to accelerate their work</p> </li><li> <p>Has built products 0 -> 1 with real users and revenue</p> </li><li> <p>Is OK operating independently without product/design</p> </li><li> <p>Is ALWAYS SHIPPING. We don't spend weeks planning features at Replo</p> </li><li> <p>Has a product and customer-focused mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Has experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues. If you have a a strong opinion on how products should be built, that's good</p> </li><li> <p>Values writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation (e.g. the code needs to be correct and run fast, but we're the ones that have to read it and understand it)</p> </li><li> <p>Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain points</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if you</p> <ul> <li> <p>Have a CS degree or formal computer science/STEM backend</p> </li><li> <p>Have started a company before</p> </li><li> <p>Enjoy attending hackathons</p> </li><li> <p>Worked at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) startup previously</p> </li><li> <p>Have not wasted hours interview-prepping on Leetcode</p> </li><li> <p>Have an eye for visual design (or past experience in product design, Figma, etc).</p> </li></ul>
