We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.</p> <p>Position Summary: To maintain and grow cold drink sales through telecommunications with existing customers.</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide sales and service support averaging 90-120 service calls daily </li><li>Call upon existing customers to receive their beverage orders </li><li>Handle routine customer service inquiries </li><li>Update computerized data entry systems as necessary </li><li>Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High-School Diploma/GED </li><li>Bilingual </li><li>1+ years general sales experience required </li><li>2 years customer service experience required </li><li>Call Center experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Communication Skills </li><li>Computer Skills </li><li>Dexterity Skills </li><li>Problem Solving </li><li>Interpersonal Skills </li><li>Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisor </li></ul> <p>Work Environment: Works in air conditioned office.</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus </li><li>Regularly sitting </li><li>Occasional reaching, squatting, and bending </li><li>Ability to lift/carry <20lbs </li><li>Ability to push/pull <20lbs </li></ul> <p>Job Status: Full Time; Bilingual Position</p> <p>Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM</p>
