This role is critical to ensuring successful delivery of contractual obligations, cost, schedule, and technical performance while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead full lifecycle program management from initiation through delivery and closure. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for A&D customers, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction. </li><li>Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and schedules; drive Earned Value Management (EVM). </li><li>Ensure compliance with ITAR, DFARS, AS9100, cybersecurity standards, and export control laws. </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation for audits and government reviews. </li><li>Identify and mitigate program risks proactively. </li><li>Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality. </li><li>Travel up to 25-40% for customer meetings, supplier visits, and program reviews. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. </li><li>7+ years of program management experience in Aerospace & Defense or related industry. </li><li>Proven track record managing complex, multi-million-dollar programs. </li><li>Strong knowledge of A&D standards and regulations (ITAR, DFARS, AS9100). </li><li>Proficiency in program management tools (MS Project, EVM systems). </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. </li><li>PMP or equivalent certification. </li><li>Experience with DoD contracts and government compliance audits. </li><li>Familiarity with IATF 16949 or AS9100 quality systems. </li><li>Knowledge of risk management frameworks and cybersecurity compliance. </li><li>Ability to manage international programs and suppliers. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us</p> <ul> <li>Lead strategic programs in a dynamic A&D environment. </li><li>Work with cutting-edge technology and global customers. </li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package. </li></ul> <p>Apply Now</p> <p>Ready to make an impact?
