<ul> <li>Operate forklifts safely and in compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). </li><li>Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. </li><li>Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for truck loading, unloading, and freight receiving. </li><li>Accurately move, stage, and store products in assigned warehouse locations to maintain organization and inventory accuracy. </li><li>Complete all required shipping and receiving documentation accurately and on time. </li><li>Ensure proper product rotation of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods in accordance with company rotation procedures. </li><li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, participating in scheduled cleaning and housekeeping tasks. </li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support smooth warehouse operations. </li><li>Follow all customer specifications, quality standards, and applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. </li><li>Assist with special projects or additional warehouse tasks as assigned by management. </li><li>Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude toward coworkers and other departments to support a strong, collaborative company culture. </li><li>Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including standing, sitting, twisting, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and climbing), perform repetitive motions for extended period of time (up to 2-3 hours) and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, general labor, etc.) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e. inspection, etc.) </li><li>Ability to work in various conditions with exposure to extreme heat, cold, dust and fumes. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>1-2 years previous warehouse experience required; with experience in Food and Beverage industry preferred. </li><li>Experience working with aluminum cans preferred </li><li>Required to fully comply with Quality Management System Policies and Procedures and Food Safety Management requirements. </li><li>Must be able to work overtime as needed. </li><li>Must be able to effectively communicate, read and comprehend instructions and procedures in English. </li><li>Required to be forklift certified by Krier Foods, Inc. before operating any company owned forklift. </li><li>Ability to demonstrate a high attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to demonstrate a high sense of urgency and be proactive in addressing problems as they arise. </li><li>Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, cultivating a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration and teamwork. </li><li>Must attain Food Safety Training (Qualified Individual) </li></ul>
