<p>Overview</p> <p>This position provides leadership and oversight to optimize multi-departmental manufacturing operations. This is a fast-paced work environment involving oversight of multiple soft tool fabrication and machining manufacturing processes.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinating with department team leads to ensure daily production objectives are achieve </li><li>Assisting with interviews and staffing of manufacturing positions </li><li>Working with the HR department to manage plant personnel matters </li><li>Monitoring and tracking production schedules, department and operator efficiencies. </li><li>Addressing production-related matters relating to job profitability, quality performance, and process/product conformance to specifications </li><li>Processing personnel/labor entry reports and production status reports daily/weekly </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Possess personable leadership skills </li><li>Be detail-oriented and possess ability to multi-task </li><li>Maintain a good working knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards </li><li>Possess capability to accurately interpret mechanical drawings </li><li>Demonstrate experience in the application of quality standards and product manufacturing specifications </li></ul> <p>Must-Haves for this position:</p> <ul> <li>Manufacturing experience </li><li>Experience leading cross-functional and culturally diverse teams </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li></ul>
