<p>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Repetitively lift up to 50 pounds loading and unloading designated trailers and/or route trucks. </li><li>Tracks all inventory - shipped and received merchandise. </li><li>Contact customers for pickups and deliveries. </li><li>Load merchandise in customers' vehicles and/or on Company delivery truck. </li><li>Stacks pallets of products in an organized and safe manner. </li><li>Work directly with store personnel to ensure customers are taken care of quickly and effectively. </li><li>Comply with OSHA requirements. </li><li>Follows store policies and procedures in accordance with Company expectations. </li><li>Organizes warehouse, maintains warehouse in a clean and code compliant condition. </li><li>Provides positive customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. </li><li>Receive e-mail orders from customer service. </li><li>Print BOL and pick list. </li><li>Pick, pack, wrap and label orders. </li><li>Ship customer orders. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma and or GED </li><li>Minimum of 6 months' experience in a warehouse environment. </li></ul> <p>GENERIC SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
