In this client facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business and being the face of Village Club of Franklin Apartments in Southfield, MI! Give us a shot, you won't be disappointed!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Clerical duties as required </li><li>Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features </li><li>Answering phones, greeting potential clients and showing model apartments </li><li>Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Positive attitude and professional demeanor </li><li>Candidates must have a valid drivers license </li><li>Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays </li><li>Excellent sales and marketing abilities are necessary </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills are required </li><li>Candidates must have leasing or property management experience </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferred </li></ul> <p>Friedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
