Holiday Rotation will be required.</p> <p>What you'll be doing:</p> <p>Direct Patient Care & Clinical Judgment</p> <ul> <li>Perform general nursing care to patients - including phlebotomy </li><li>Assessment and triage of patients in emergency situations. </li><li>Assessment of laboratory and test results for normal and abnormal ranges. </li><li>Review all labs and tests with physicians and inform patients of results. </li></ul> <p>Medication & Treatment Administration</p> <ul> <li>Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards. </li></ul> <p>Surgical & Procedural Support</p> <ul> <li>Work as a scrub tech, circulator, and pre/post-operative nurse. </li><li>Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatment, examinations, and testing of patients. </li></ul> <p>Scheduling & Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Ability to schedule basic monitoring appointments, treatments, and procedures. </li><li>Arrange for patient testing and admission. </li></ul> <p>Documentation & Communication</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and review patient records, charts, and pertinent information. </li><li>Document accurate and pertinent information including: </li><li>Phone conversations with patients </li><li>Questions asked and answered </li><li>Prescriptions called to the pharmacy </li><li>Reportable labs and tests </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Graduate or GED </li><li>Valid IN state LPN License </li><li>IV certification strongly preferred. </li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love Working Here - Our Amazing Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans for our full-time employees, along with complimentary basic life insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and long-term disability insurance.
