The Excel product specialists team works closely with FLS Industrial and aggregates team to convert opportunities across the multi-brand installed base. This includes training, sales visits, undercarriage audits, and any additional support needed.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a technically strong service sales professional who understands crushing equipment, enjoys working directly with customers, and can collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Grow the Business</p> <ul> <li>Develop and expand the EXCEL parts business with primary focus US and Canada by partnering with the FLS sales team </li><li>Execute the go-to-market strategy established by the product head by driving accountability and focus with the FLS sales team partners </li><li>Identify and improve any issues identified by sales in our market support </li></ul> <p>Sales & Financial Accountability</p> <ul> <li>Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting. </li><li>Identify market needs based on customer and sales feedback </li></ul> <p>Channel Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with North American sales team and customers to develop service opportunities and win orders. </li><li>Support and enable site account managers and customers with technical guidance, service offerings, and sales support. </li><li>Serve as the escalation point for spares opportunities and customer issues. </li></ul> <p>Technical & Commercial Support</p> <ul> <li>Support FLS and direct Excel sales with internal and customer training </li><li>Market pricing and installed base feedback </li><li>Frequent site visits to maintain market presence </li><li>Identify Excel portfolio growth needs based on customer and sales feedback </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with engineering, sales, supply chain (SIOP inputs), and finance to ensure a smooth process from quotation through job completion. </li><li>Act as the commercial link between customers, site account managers, and internal teams. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Technical and commercial background with experience supporting the mining industry </li><li>Proven experience in service, aftermarket sales and distribution and presentation/training skills </li><li>Strong understanding of crusher component and wear parts </li><li>Comfortable taking ownership while thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. </li><li>Willingness to travel to customer and distributor sites as needed. </li></ul>
