This team member will work closely with the Production and Support team and will occasionally interface with other departments within the organization.</p> <p>Direct Manager: Operations Manager</p> <p>Experience: Entry Level to Intermediate</p> <p>Hours & Schedule:</p> <p>Expected Weekly Hours: 40, occasionally "whatever it takes"</p> <p>Travel Expectations: None</p> <p>Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm, two 15 minute paid breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch break (Exceptions: new store launch, new game installation, emergency situations related to the job)</p> <ul> <li>Location: This role is based out of Smyrna, TN * </li></ul> <p>On-call: No</p> <p>Growth: Warehouse Lead, Production Manager, Director of Production, Project Manager other entry level positions</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Final wrapping, labeling and staging of completed game components.</p> </li><li> <p>Forklift use will be required; onsite training will be provided.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and charge forklifts and equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the transportation of finished goods</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with everyday tasks (i.e. emptying trash, sweeping floors, etc.)</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proactive; takes initiative and assumes personal responsibility</p> </li><li> <p>High attention to detail and thoroughness</p> </li><li> <p>Forklift use will be required, Onsite training will be provided.</p> </li><li> <p>Use of company vehicles is required; pickup and box truck</p> </li><li> <p>Enjoys high-pace, energetic and fun work environment</p> </li><li> <p>Able to lift up to 75 lbs independently</p> </li></ul>
