The Lead is responsible for ensuring the work is produced correctly to the specs of the Client. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard UPH (UPH per hour) and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands, accurately with no errors.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:15pm - 1:45am (10hrs. / 4 days)</p> <p>Compensation: $21.50 per hour</p> <p>Status: Non-Exempt</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with the Production Supervisor. </li><li>Plan production in the area (Pick to Lite ) </li><li>Ensure all policy and procedures are followed by associates </li><li>Verify all work for accuracy </li><li>Verify correct product is pulled for production </li><li>Verify product produced is accurately produced, scanned, and staged for put-away </li><li>Close (or verify closed) all work orders/transfers immediately following production </li><li>Communicate all issues to Production Supervisor </li><li>Work with IC and dock to maintain product flow in and out of the department </li><li>Verify all time sheets are filled out correctly </li><li>This job will include other duties as assigned. </li><li>Computer literate - Window base systems a plus </li><li>Apply the Group Best Practices </li></ul> <p>#IND123</p> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>4-5 years' experience working in a production environment (Pick to Lite a Plus) </li><li>2-3 years in a Lead capacity </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Detail oriented </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Self-motivated </li><li>Ability to multitask </li><li>Flexible schedule a must </li><li>Positive approach to assigned tasks </li><li>Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) </li></ul> <p>#IND123</p> <p>This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.</p> <p>#LI-DNP</p>
