The primary responsibilities include efficiently loading and unloading trailers with Walmart products, ensuring accurate handling and timely movement of goods. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a smooth flow of goods through the supply chain.</p> <p>Job Title: Loader/Unloader - Walmart Products</p> <p>Department: Warehouse/Logistics</p> <p>Employment Type: Full-Time</p> <p>Pay rate: $19.29</p> <p>Schedule- Sun- Wednesday 5am-2:30pm</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers with Walmart products, including boxes, pallets, and loose items. </li><li>Product Handling: Sort and organize products by type and destination to ensure accurate placement in the warehouse or shipping trailers. </li><li>Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material-handling equipment as needed. </li><li>Quality Checks: Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies during loading and unloading processes. </li><li>Inventory Support: Scan and record products using barcode scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records. </li><li>Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling. </li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines. </li><li>General Maintenance: Keep the loading and unloading areas clean, organized, and free of hazards </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience: Previous experience in loading/unloading, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred but not required. </li><li>Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [45 lbs], stand or walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately sort and handle products while maintaining quality standards. </li><li>Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. </li><li>Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and workloads. </li><li>Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not required. </li></ul> <p>Corona CA 3167</p>
