<p>A Brief Overview</p> <p>Responsible for managing the business relationship with high volume Food Service On-Premise (FSOP) customers, delivering against both Swire Coca-Cola, USA and customer objectives.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for obtaining new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. </li><li>Understand and articulate the customer's needs including key strategies, concept, competitors, and target market. </li><li>Perform Business Stewardship Reviews to identify opportunities to drive top and bottom line business results. </li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders ensuring that customer plans and efforts are coordinated and aligned to FSOP sales goals. </li><li>Negotiates contracts with new and existing customers to ensure positive ROI. </li><li>Forecast volume based on understanding of business and market trends / needs. </li><li>Build relationships of trust at multiple levels and functions in order to influence key internal and external decision makers. </li><li>Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with the customer and Swire leadership. </li><li>Perform profit analysis to evaluate contract ROI. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma (or GED) required </li><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred </li><li>Must have valid COLORADO Driver's License and clean MVR required </li><li>2+ years Consumer Product Goods (CPG) sales experience required and </li><li>2+ years Customer facing role required </li><li>1+ years Food Service on Premise Experience preferred </li><li>Standard computer software knowledge: Excel / PowerPoint / Word </li><li>Excellent Communication Skills: Written, Verbal, Presentation </li><li>Detailed, organized with a strong sense of urgency </li><li>Ability to work with others, internal associates, external customers and other vendors </li><li>Ability to work independently & within a group </li><li>Ability to make decisions & solve problems quickly </li><li>Professional in appearance & dresses appropriate for the situation </li></ul>
