<p>Business Analyst</p> <ul> <li>The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing, validating, communicating, and coordinating requirements for the Credit Risk area. Primary focus will be on Basel 4 related </li><li>Understanding of Risk & Controls domain is highly required. </li><li>Good knowledge in Banking & Finance domain is desirable. </li><li>Translate requirements into Functional Requirement Document [FRD] and/or Minor Development Document [MDD]. </li><li>Conduct meeting with clients and key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, finalize, and receive formal signoffs from approvers </li><li>Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams. </li><li>Analyze data using Excel, reports, and other tools to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results </li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post-implementation. </li><li>Creates flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations. </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, validate & coordinate requirements for the Credit Risk area. </li><li>Primary focus to Gather, clean, and prepare requirement documents. </li><li>Work from client locations, attending customer meetings regularly. </li><li>Strong Knowledge of Agile Environment. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $90,000-$110,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-CO1</p> <p>#LI-SN1</p>
