<p>Field Service Engineer</p> <p>Company Overview</p> <p>Equipment Management Service and Repair (EMSAR), headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio, is a rapidly growing national technical services company providing maintenance, repair, and installation services to OEM partners within the healthcare industry.</p> <p>EMSAR's service offerings include:</p> <ul> <li>On-site technical field support (maintenance and repair) </li><li>FDA field change orders and recalls </li><li>Equipment installation </li><li>FDA compliance and validation services </li><li>Technical training and education </li></ul> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>This intermediate-level field position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, and repair on a variety of medical equipment and devices, which could include but not limited to hospital beds, exam tables and self service blood pressure kiosks.</p> <p>EMSAR provides all necessary tools and paid technical training.</p> <p>This position is Monday-Friday, business hours.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform on-site preventive maintenance and repairs on hospital beds. </li><li>Provide intermediate-level engineering and technical service support to customers. </li><li>Manage and complete assigned work orders using EMSAR's service management platform (ServiceMax). Approximately 25% of daily work involves documentation and system updates. </li><li>Maintain consistent communication with dispatchers to coordinate work assignments and scheduling. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management. </li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and well-organized tools and equipment while representing EMSAR. </li><li>May be assigned to work regularly at designated client facilities. </li></ul>
