The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional content. </li><li>Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. </li><li>Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events. </li><li>Conduct research on industry trends, target markets, and competitor strategies to support marketing initiatives. </li><li>Collaborate with the design team to create visuals and multimedia content. </li><li>Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. </li><li>Perform administrative tasks and assist with other marketing projects as needed. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Current enrollment in a related Bachelor's degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications). </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, etc. </li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to influence and communicate with external and internal groups </li><li>Ability to laugh and enjoy a team environment </li></ul> <p>EEOC</p> <p>LSI is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
