<p>Position Overview</p> <p>Support vendors by processing requests for assistance and facilitating solutions. Report on daily incident counts and aging metrics, host vendor calls for onboarding and EDI training and validate compliance chargeback issues.</p> <p>A Day In The Life</p> <p>Vendor Support Relationship Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responds promptly to vendor emails and inquiries inquiringonpayment status,complianceissuesand shipping requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilizes strong organizational partnerships to enhance information sharing, support informed decision-making, and achieveobjectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Bringsescalated issues toSupervisor and recommend solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Host introductory calls with vendorsand train vendors on EDIplatformusage.</p> </li><li> <p>Additionalprojects andduties asassigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Support Business Acumen</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrates strong organizational skills in managing vendor correspondence and aging incidents.</p> </li><li> <p>Adviseappropriate cross-functionalteamsof vendor issuesfordirection onnextsteps;includingliaisingwith Accounts Payable team on payment status, shortageresearchanddispute approvals, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Review compliance chargebacks andvalidate.</p> </li><li> <p>Works effectively in MS Office suite and company systems.</p> </li></ul> <p>Reporting Productivity</p> <ul> <li> <p>Effectively manages daily tasks and assignmentsand checks deliverables for accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Publish internal report daily;publish weeklyrecapfor senior leadership.</p> </li></ul> <p>Training Process Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prioritizes tasks with strong time-management skills and uses business acumen toanticipatethe needs of the business.</p> </li><li> <p>Create andmaintainstandard operating procedures for all VendorRelationswork processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare presentation materials on new initiatives and updated workprocesses,present training sessions to the teamor vendors.</p> </li></ul> <p>You'll Come With</p> <p>Experience: 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred.</p> <p>Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Time management</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>StrongproficiencywithMS Office suite (Outlook, Word,Exceland PowerPoint)</p> </li><li> <p>Self-motivation</p> </li></ul> <p>Come join our team.
