<p>Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division is currently seeking an Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Analyst. This position is onsite at our La Grange, NC facility. Relocation is provided within the United States.</p> <p>The La Grange, NC facility specializes in injection molding, conduit fittings and cable glands, plugs and receptacles, as well as drilling and marine products. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>This position is responsible for leading the environmental health, safety, and security strategy as part of the Leadership Team for the LaGrange plant.</p> <p>In this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in tracking and reporting EHS metrics and performance data. </li><li>Support compliance with national, state, and local regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate documentation. </li><li>Help maintain site ISO/OSHA certifications and assist in closing audit findings. </li><li>Provide administrative and technical support for the MESH system, including coordinating training and maintaining records. </li><li>Assist with site emergency response planning and drills. </li><li>Support EHS training initiatives and help communicate safety protocols to employees. </li><li>Participate in continuous improvement projects related to EHS practices. </li><li>Assist in coordinating contractor safety requirements and security processes. </li><li>Help prepare EHS-related presentations and communications for internal meetings. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Basic (Required) Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with prior internship or co-op in a manufacturing environment; or High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in operations/manufacturing in a skilled technical role, including EHS, research & development, maintenance. </li><li>Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
