<p>Join Our Team as a Sales and Operations Manager!</p> <p>Location: Santa Rosa, CA</p> <p>Company: Auto-Chlor System</p> <p>Auto-Chlor System is seeking a driven and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Santa Rosa branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in service operations, sales, and team leadership who thrives in a performance-based environment.</p> <p>As the Branch Manager, you will have full ownership of branch performance, including sales growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will lead and inspire a dedicated sales and service team while ensuring exceptional execution and accountability.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead Sales Growth & Financial Performance </li></ul> <p>Own branch sales, revenue growth, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on achieving consistent double-digit growth.</p> <ul> <li>Oversee Branch Operations & Logistics </li></ul> <p>Manage day-to-day branch operations, including route efficiency, inventory control, scheduling, and logistics.
