As a key member of Slalom's Google Cloud Center of Excellence, you'll leverage our award-winning partnership and multidisciplinary teams to deliver business value and technical excellence that helps clients bring cloud-native, AI-enabled applications to life.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Act as a hands-on technical advisor for cloud-native app development on Google Cloud. </li><li>Support clients in designing, building, and deploying modern applications and AI-powered agents using tools such as Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agentspace, Agent2Agent Protocol, Vertex AI and GenAI APIs, Cloud Run, Firestore, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and more. </li><li>Create and demo working proofs of concept (POCs), reference architectures, and application blueprints tailored to client needs. </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Google Cloud solutions during the sales cycle. </li><li>Partner with account executives, solution architects, and client stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose tailored cloud solutions. </li><li>Lead and facilitate technical sales presentations, discovery workshops, and product demonstrations for client prospects. </li><li>Guide clients through the evaluation of Google services, including architecture, integration, security, and migration considerations. </li><li>Develop and deliver compelling solution proposals, statements of work, and technical documentation that address client needs and requirements. </li><li>Collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure seamless handoff and successful project delivery post-sale. </li><li>Stay current with Google Cloud innovations, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform client recommendations. </li><li>Work flexibly, including virtual, onsite, and possible regional travel up to 50% as needed. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated expertise in selling and supporting Google Cloud solutions, with a deep understanding of cloud-native application development on Google Cloud. </li><li>Experience with building intelligent, multi-agent, or LLM-augmented applications using relevant SDKs and platforms (e.g., Agentspace, ADK, LangChain, etc.). </li><li>Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or Node.js) and familiarity with API-first architectures. </li><li>Knowledge of modern software architecture patterns including event-driven, serverless, microservices, and real-time apps. </li><li>Experience designing and/or supporting production enterprise applications on Google Cloud. </li><li>Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting roles within a technology or cloud services environment. </li><li>Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences. </li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with C-level executives and technical stakeholders alike. </li><li>Familiarity with application lifecycle management, DevOps automation, and modern system integration patterns is a plus. </li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., Professional Google Cloud Professional Developer, Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Machine Learning Engineer) preferred </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this position, the base salary pay range is $140,000 to $258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
